Coign Consulting was established in the year 2005 by Arif A. Siddiqui with an objective to provide advisory services to the 3PL companies & the industry for developing distribution models, warehousing and transshipment infrastructure and internal process flows & layouts.

Coign, the word depicts a center stone that holds the balance of any structure. Alternatively, Coign also represents a vantage point, a perspective angle that gives maximum viewpoint advantage, ultimately drawing a clear picture of any situation or requirement.

Our corporate logo is a confluence of our core expertise of understanding and designing high performance logistics and distribution centres and making it a better work place.

Direction

The composite arrowhead points at the direction of growth, in terms of competency and capability, which is to elevate the quality and efficiency of supply chain operations and services of our clients.

As a shape, the triangle provides a broader view and depicts three sides of the vision, thus enabling the entity to strategise, plan and execute with a wider perspective of the challenge.

Our Cause (Objectives) are addressed by delivering advise on the basis of our working experiences and on-ground understanding of the dynamics and interplays between local psychologies, geography, regulatory policies, availability of infrastructure, human skills, customer expectations, company strategy/commitment, evolving technologies and changing business environment.
