Arif joined AFL Logistics (Now FedEx) in September 1993 and served for 12 years of which 5 years as Country Business Head for the 3PL / Contract Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions Business till September 2005. He founded Coign Consulting in September 2005, to provide Logistics and Warehousing Infrastructure Design Consulting service. He has hands-on experience in Sales, Warehouse Operations and Business Management in the Contract Logistics / Warehouse Operations Layout and Logistics Park Design services.

Credits:

    1995 Part of the strategy development team for conceptualising and developing the Contract Logistics (CL) business in India.

    1996 Upgraded the HUB and SPOKE model for the Express Distribution business

    2000 Developed a comprehensive Contract Logistics Solutions model

    2001 Built a world-class 3PL ERP system including WMS, TMS & CRM; named Agrani.

    2003 Created world-class warehousing infrastructure of over One Million square feet in 50+ locations in India.
